For our laundry pickup and delivery service, we do require a minimum order of RM10. This helps us to keep our service efficient and provide the best value to our customers.
You can check out our transparent pricing structure on our website, which lists the cost of different types of laundry services. Once we’ve received your laundry and have had a look at what needs to be done, we will confirm the total cost with you before proceeding.
To make things convenient for you, we offer various payment options. You can choose to pay with cash on walk-in, e-wallets, or via a bank transfer. Just pick the one that suits you best!
We always strive to return your laundry as fast as we can! For most orders, we offer a quick turnaround time of 48 hours. You’ll have your fresh and clean laundry back with you before you know it!
Absolutely, we can! Our professional team is well-trained in treating a variety of stains. We use high-quality cleaning solutions that effectively remove stains while taking good care of your clothes. However, please note that not all stains can be removed completely, especially if they have been set in for a long time. We promise to do our best and treat your clothes as if they were our own!
